LiveStrong challenge in Philly!

Team Precision Kettlebells again, domonated the LiveStrong challenge in Philly!

Since 2007 the local "Kettlebell Crew" has been supporting Jim the Murphquake Murphy on his fight with cancer. We are lucky enough to be in a location where such a great event is held, the Lance Armstrong "LiveSTRONG Challenge".

This year was a Blast. It went like this; Four teams, Four pairs of bells that ranged from 12kg-24kg, and a 5k run/walk. The idea was to walk as fast as you could [safely] and past the bells off to a teamate as needed. And that was exactly how it went.

We had so much fun and we plan on doing the 10k next year.
