Valley Creek Park- Malvern, Pa

Valley Creek Park is located in Malvern and is a great location to swing kettlebells. We train outdoors from March through October. The park is filled with things we can use for training and the various trails make it nice to get a run in. Monday and Tuesday's are for learning, yes you will get a workout in. Thursday's "SuperFit Happy Hour" more than a BootCamp. And Saturday's "Super Awesome Saturday" will get your weekend rolling.

Elite Athletic Club - West Chester, Pa

This gym is awesome! With an old school gym experience, mixed with a modern cardio section, you will love it!. Elite is in a great location, right off of 202 , Boot rd and Phoenixville pk.. If you are local come check it out! Kettlebells are held in a huge aerobics room on the 2nd floor. Beginners are more than welcome to join. You do not have to be a member to take kettlebell classes but I think you will like this gym!
