Why Workout Outside? Well, Why the Hell NOT?

I know, at a park? Yes, bring your life outdoors.

Indoor training, in my opinion, is just plain old depressing. If you work all day in an office, why the hell would you want to workout indoors too?

Have fun enjoy the nice weather, enjoy nature. Most people can't wait for the weather to break, just to get outside and feel happy. Winter, here in the Western Philadelphia Suburbs are COLD. Once that sun comes out and it's above 60 degrees, everyone gets a smile on their face.

This is why I hold outdoor classes in the months of April through October. Rain or Shine we Have fun, exciting, and Effective workouts. The warm sun looking down at us. The fresh air blowing by. It's a great experience.
